The ladies that do serve here are the most well mannered service staff I have ever had the pleasure of being served by. Out of all of the restaurants I have been to in Saint Louis, the food here is an order of magnitude better than anything I've had. If I could give this establishment 10 stars out of 5, I absolutely would. Keep up the amazing work. 10/10 food to restore your soul.

The food was so good! We will be back. Unlimited chai was served with lunch buffet! I loved the quality and everything was done so well. We are favoriting this restaurant.

Ordered some takeout and the food was delicious. Well seasoned and not too spicy. The garlic cheese naan was a nice balance and compliment to the goat curry which was hearty and tender. The portions are sizable to boot. The atmosphere was really laid bad when I walked in and service was quick.

I love a good Indian buffet! My friend and I wanted to try somewhere new for lunch and Himalayan Yeti checked all of the boxes. It is a cozy atmosphere, but has plenty of room. We got the lunch buffet and everything was so good! Since it was a buffet, the service was quick too. The chicken tikka masala, chicken korma, battura, and veggie pakora were my favorites. Sometimes I just want warm, comforting Indian food and to try a bit of everything, so this was perfect.

Decent food, good service and very reasonably priced. Vegetable Momo (6 pieces) $7 - Would order again, these are like a cross between samosa and dumplings. You can get them steamed or fried, and the dipping sauce complimented them very well. Butter Chicken $15.50 - The sauce was more tomatoey than others I have had. It comes with a side of basmati rice, which was a bit dry. Bhindi Masala $13 - This okra dish is not as flavorful as I would like, but still tasty. Kheer $3.50 - Ok rice pudding. Gulab Jamun (3 pieces) $4 - This dessert is great if you're looking for that sugar rush. Similar to others I have tried, basically donut holes covered in syrup. Saw a sign for lunch buffet Mon-Fri $16 and Sat & Sun $18. As an added bonus, this restaurant is located right by the Greetings from St. Louis mural if you are looking for a photo op. .|\---/| | @_@ | ..\_^_/..2024

I thought the food here was delicious! The service though, was a bit slow. And the building and atmosphere was lacking. I don't expect every restaurant to be have spectacular appointments, but this place is pretty rough around the edges. So, not even "nice." Would definitely eat here again just for the great flavors.

My daughter asked if we could get Indian food and the Himalayan yeti less than a mile from my home. I certainly would recommend it as I have tried them several times. We got the Momo chicken dumplings which was outstanding. Surprisingly she chose the steamed dumplings rather than the fried. The dumplings themselves were succulent and and had a little bit of chew, but I did not care much for the dipping sauce did not have a lot of spice and was rather bland. The butter chicken was tasty and the vegetable korma was also outstanding. We got both of them at the medium spice level, which had a decent amount of heat, but was not overwhelming. We also tried the garlic naan which was a tad bit crispy, but had great flavor. The Basmati rice was cooked to an al dente level that went well with our dishes. Service was prepped and they were very kind and sweet. Overall, it was an outstanding meal.

Great selection of Indian food. Really like the buffet. The service is fine. The atmosphere is a bit shabby, but it goes unnoticed when enjoying the delicious foods.

Yum! That sums up my experience. There is parking around the building. The building is a prior fast food restaurant turned into this Indian spot. The inside has some nice photos and the service is quick. We were seated quickly and the servers were friendly. The food is really good, I enjoyed the veggie samosa which had a little kick. My chicken tikka masala was spiced medium and I could add some more spice but the flavor was there and there were lots of chicken chunks (no hunting for chicken in the sauce) and the garlic naan was really good and on the thicker side which I liked. We will definitely come back and try some different items.

I loved this cozy family-run restaurant in the North Hampton neigborhood. We had very nice dinner on a Thursday night. The wait staff was friendly and helpful. Our party of four shared Chicken Tikka Masala, Saag Paneer, Baigan Bharta, and Roasted Tiger Prawn. We ordered medium spice, and for me that was perfect, but spicier than I normally would consider "medium". The Tikka Masala and Saag Paneer were flavorful and consistent with my expectations. I especially enjoyed the Baigan Bharta as this is a dish that I don't normally order. It is a popular North Indian dish, and is mash of fire-roasted eggplant, onions, tomatoes, herbs and spices. Very delicious. The Roasted Tiger Prawn were also memorable. The generious serving of seasoned shrimp are served sizzling on a skillet like tandori chicken straight off the grill. Very tasty. This was plenty of food for our party, and we were able to enjoy leftovers the next day.
